You are required to keep us informed of any changes in your address, telephone number, and other pertinent information listed on any/all of the above forms. You are responsible for paying all fees for your contracted days regardless of whether your child comes.
In order to maintain a viable relationship between parents and staff at our center we will have daily reports, verbal conversations, hold parent meetings, family events, etc. on a regular basis during the year. When held, events are usually held during the evening hours.
Medication must be prescribed by a medical provider to be given during the day at the center. Medication must be in its original packaging, have instructions from the doctor, and the child’s name listed.
Before we can administer any prescription or non-prescription medications to your child you will need to keep them home for 24 hours after the first dose for possible allergic reactions, sign the Medication Authorization Form.
A parent’s signature on the Medical Authorization log will be required. Over the counter medication is not allowed.
If someone other than the child’s parents will be picking up your child the parents MUST let us know via Class Dojo or in person. We will NOT release your child to anyone that is not on the “Pick Up form” if we don’t have permission from the parent/guardian. We will ask for photo ID that matches the name on the pickup list or the information that was given via Class Dojo.
All parents will need to fill out a food program application at free cost. We follow the USDA Food Guidelines and provide nutrition meals and snacks. Therefore, we ask you NOT to allow your child to bring outside food or drinks into the center unless requested by the center on your child’s doctor because of a medical condition.

All parents are required to have a set schedule for their child. If you need to change your schedule in any way, a request must be submitted through Class Dojo at least 24 hrs prior to the need. All approvals are given by the Director
All students must be signed in by 10 am, which is our daily cut-off time, unless you have notified staff 24 hours or more in advance that your student has a medical or dental appointment. If your student has an appointment in the AM, they must arrive at the center by 11:00 am. If your student has a PM appointment, they can return the following day
We reserve the right to determine when a student should be sent home due to illness. Students may return to the center after being away from the center 24 hours if all of their symptoms have resolved.
ABCELC, LLC take photos and videos of the students for growth and development observations, which is also shared with parents. We also take photos and videos of the students for facility use and for social media marketing posts.
