About Our School

All Blessed Children Early Learning Center opened in July 2015 by the owners Andre and Tayisha Winston. They have always had a love for serving families and children. They, along with their sons, first began serving the community spiritually through their church ministry, Blessed Temple Ministries in October 2010. Five years later, God led them to open a childcare business as another part of ministry to serve families.

All Blessed Children Early Learning Center is a center that is licensed with DCYF and participates in the Early Achievers program. The center is rated as a Level 3 childcare center, which means we have achieved a quality level of excellence with our early learning environment and the interactions between teachers and the children.

In June 2023, All Blessed Children Early Learning finished the expansion of the center by doubling their enrollment capacity. In November 2023, All Blessed Children Early Learning Center purchased a second building, in hopes to open in the Fall of 2024.

What Makes Us the Best Choice

At All Blessed Children Early Learning Center we recognize that each child is an individual. We provide an environment that promotes the complete development of children by preparing them to advance to a school age education program.

All Blessed Children Early Learning Center provides an atmosphere that will facilitate a balance between child-initiated, child-directed, and teacher-supported interactions for all activities. We also provide children with developmentally appropriate early childhood experiences that stimulate learning in all developmental areas and focus on age-appropriate learning environments and individual needs.

The staff at ABCELC plan all activities according to the developmental needs, and individual goals of the children within their classroom. The teachers plan according to our five developmental objectives:
Physical Skills, Intellectual Skills, Emotional Skills, Social Skills, Cognitive skills

My daughter has been going to ABCELC for about two years. In those two years she has learned so much. She is three years old, writing and signing (ASL) her name. She has shown so much interest in reading because of all of the learning she's receiving from her school. Although learning is a key factor for my family, this center has provided so much more! The love and care they give my daughter is unmatched and it feels good to not have to worry when I drop her off every morning. We love ABCELC.

After my family moved to the area, we were nervous about finding a good daycare for our young son. It was such a gift to find ABCELC and see how the staff truly loved and cared for him. He loves going to school, and my wife and I are grateful to have a group of people who we can trust with him.

I work professionally with this business as a local non-profit support. These people are consistent, caring, hardworking, and experienced. I have been to their center several times. It is clean, thoughtfully organized, the children are happy and safe. The Winston's are a wonderful part of the Pierce County community.

My child has been attending this daycare for almost six months. In that time the daycare has expanded with two new staff members, more rooms, and as a result more children. Honestly I could not be more happier! Before the expansion my child received attention and care from the owners. Now after the expansion she receives even more than before. As a parent I don't always know what happens at daycare. HoweverI don't worry because each day I pick my daughter up she is all smiles telling me about her day. She loves each of her teachers as they help her to continue to learn Spanish and ASL. She comes home talking about all of her friends and can't wait to see them again. Also the staff ensures to send updates with videos and pictures. Even though I am working I feel that I am a part of my child's day and that is special to me.The staff and owners are intentional, they are loving, and they are a blessing to my family.

My family is so thankful to have found ABCELC. My daughter did not start daycare until she was two years old, and my husband and I were nervous about what the transition would be like for her. We toured many centers and were not impressed. From the first time we met with Andre and Mrs T, all our concerns were met with compassion/care, and we were instantly put at ease. They are communicative and you can tell their staff truly care about the kids! This center has a feeling of family, and they are inclusive to everyone's needs. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school now! She went from crying at drop off as she was getting adjusted, to asking me to go to school! She started calling Andre "Grandpa," which we thought was hilarious. He kindly said she could call him "Uncle" and she does! She gets dressed on the weekends and says she is going to see Mrs T and her friends! The proof is in how much our daughter enjoys her school and the people who work there. I truly can't say enough great things about their care for our child, and communication with parents. We are just so grateful to have found them.

My daughter, who is 6, recently started kindergarten this September. I had held her back a year because I knew when she turned 5 she was not ready. After finding this center, she grew so much and was retaining what she was learning because of the amount of effort and time everyone put into making sure the children were actually learning what they were being taught. My daughter went from barely knowing her ABC's to knowing them along with being able to sign them in ASL. She picked up signing her name as well extremely fast. She learned her numbers, how to do basic math and so much more. We recently had her parent-teacher conference and her teacher had so much to say about how well my daughter can learn things and how she came in knowing so much. It was such an amazing feeling and I definitely have to give a big thanks to this center for their amazing hard work, dedication and support. I do also have to say for my son who is legally blind, they helped so much ease his separation anxiety he had when I had to leave. He has had bad experiences in centers where he'd be verbally abused or something physically would happen. Their love, acceptance and support gave him the confidence to understand mommy would always come back and they were not there to hurt him, but are there to help him flourish and grow. He absolutely loves everyone here and I can finally say I no longer have fear or am constantly worried about my child when I'm not around. This is hands down the best center I have ever come across!

My son (2) has been here for almost a year and we can't express enough how grateful we are that we got a spot! We toured a few different places when we moved here and basically immediately saw a difference when we came for our tour at ABCELC. It's so clean, the days are well planned out, they follow a curriculum that includes monthly parent notes and info so you know what they're talking about at school. Our son was a little slow in speaking when he first came but we've seen such an improvement since being here. And he learns so many things beyond what we would think about teaching him at home. He also loves his teachers. This was his first daycare experience (COVID baby) and the beginning he had a hard time but the staff are experts at helping kids like him! The director Mrs T is organized and dependable. The hardest part for us was winter with so many kids getting sick, I feel like they do a really good job at having rules and keeping their facility clean, but also understanding that parents really rely on the childcare they provide. We would definitely recommend, if this wasn't our last child we'd be sending more kids here! Lol
