Mission

To provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and clean environment to aid in the growth and development of young children. We aim to give children an environment where they can thrive while teaching them socially acceptable means of behavior. Children learn by a combination of self-directed and teacher- directed activities, which include dramatic play, arts and crafts, music, sensory- developing activities, language development activities and physical activities comprised of both large and small motor skills; and learning social skills that will give them the capacity to care about themselves, others and the community.

Vision

Provide high quality early learning experiences. Provide the support needed to build a foundation for a successful life. Maximize our long-term impact in ensuring children have a bright future

Philosophy

We believe all children should be treated with love and respect and building trusting partnerships with families are essential. Our teachers have the necessary experience that will help children reach their highest developmental potential physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Provide a positive and diverse environment where children can believe in themselves.

Our History

All Blessed Children Early Learning Center opened July 2015 by owners Tayisha Boyer-Winston and Andre Winston Sr. The center was birthed through the guidance and blessings of the Lord. This center started with a licensed capacity of 16 children, ages one year up to five years of age. In 2020 All Blessed Children Early Learning Center received a grant through The Department of Commerce Early Learning Facilities to double its expansion. The center is in the process of expanding to serve more children. We are rated as a Level 3 Childcare center with the Early Achievers Quality Rating program. This means we have demonstrated a commitment to provide quality care for children through an on-site assessment focused on the learning environment and interactions between teachers and children. Grants to attend college are offered to our teachers to attend college for free under the Early Achievers Program, so they can get their AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education. We are a licensed center with DCYF and we accept other programs’ subsidies, along with private paying families.
